Browns vs Falcons Preseason Picks and Predictions: Cleveland Stays Hot as Baker Hits Field

We’re now in the final stages of NFL preseason where roster decisions need to be made and those on the bubble have to take their opportunities to seal a spot in the 53-man roster.

The Cleveland Browns travel to Atlanta to face the Falcons on Sunday in a game that will help finalize the rosters for both teams and give some starters action on the field, too.

See how we see this one going in our free NFL picks and predictions for Browns vs. Falcons on August 29.

Circa Million Week 17 Picks: Bills Continue to Blow Teams Out

Covers is throwing an entry into the Circa Million Pro Football contest for the 2021 season and Adam Chernoff has been tabbed to make the weekly picks so let’s dig right in.

Here are his five ATS picks for Week 17 of the Circa Million betting contest.

Ravens vs Browns Week 15 Props: Back Watson in Home Debut

Week 15 in the NFL features a rivalry clash between the Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns.

Ravens wide receiver Devin Duvernay has been a no-show, but running back Gus Edwards won’t be disappearing anytime soon despite a monster game from J.K. Dobbins last week. Meanwhile, Browns QB Deshaun Watson should continue to shake off the rust despite some winter weather on Saturday.

Here are my favorite NFL prop picks for this AFC North rivalry…and make sure to check out our full Ravens vs. Browns betting preview for more.

NFL Best Bets and Player Props for Week 5: LaPorta Plays Leading Role in Lions Offense

Last week, I was singing the tales of woe about how desolate the running back market was for betting NFL player props.

Fast forward a week, and the Week 5 odds appear bountiful for betting on running backs, with a couple of RBs seemingly in line for more touches… against terrible run defenses.

So my favorite NFL picks for Week 5’s Sunday slate, I’m betting on the NFL odds for three running backs, plus a couple of pass catchers… and then also a quarterback that you’ve probably heard of.

NFL First Touchdown Scorer Props for Week 17: I'm Darren You

It’s New Year’s Eve which means it’s the perfect time to end 2023 in style by breaking down the NFL odds and cashing on on some first touchdown scorers. We’ve got a fun slate to choose from among the Week 17 odds and we’ll hopefully land a winner or two. Last week none of our three hit but two of them did end up finding the endzone in their respective games. Let’s improve on that this week.

We’re studying the NFL player prop markets to find three players who offer the perfect mix of value and opportunity to deliver some healthy returns.

Let’s take a look at my NFL picks for Week 17 first touchdown scorers.

NFL Week 1 Picks & Predictions: Jets Take Flight in San Francisco

Like most people from planet Earth, I rarely agree with Aaron Rodgers… other than feeling the need to sit in silent darkness after a long summer of entertaining my kids.

But with the 2024 NFL season kicking off this week, I can’t help but share some sentiments with the New York Jets’ veteran quarterback.

Rodgers, who enters Year 20 in the NFL, has a calm and patient approach to Week 1. That’s kind of how I feel, entering my 20th NFL season with Covers.

It’s not a lack of urgency or excitement, but more a controlled confidence that can only come with those years of service. While the young guys work themselves into a frenzy for the first full slate of “real” NFL action since January, I enter the opening we…

Liverpool´s 2019-20 Premier League fixtures in full

Liverpool open the new Premier League season at home to Norwich City on Friday, August 9.

The Merseysiders finished the previous campaign on a high by beating Tottenham to land the Champions League title and will expect to start strongly against the newly promoted Canaries.

Manchester City, who pipped Jurgen Klopp s side to the domestic crown in 2018-19, visit Anfield on November 9 at the end of a tricky run that also sees Liverpool go to Manchester United and Aston Villa and host Tottenham.

The first Merseyside derby of the season takes place on December 4 with the return at Goodison Park scheduled for March 14.

Houston Dynamo v Los Angeles FC: Olsen calls for focus to achieve double

Houston Dynamo head coach Ben Olsen has urged his team to maintain their high level as they prepare to face Los Angeles FC for the second week running.

The Dynamo came out on top as 2-0 winners at BMO Stadium last weekend, bouncing back from their 1-0 defeat to Toronto FC.

They now sit seventh in the Western Conference as one of three teams on 40 points.

And Olsen says his team cannot let their guard down, despite already registering a vital win against LAFC.

This is a league where you ve got to move forward, and you ve got to get better, Olsen said.

We ll have to be at our best. Things happen quickly against LAFC. The focus you need to play against them is an incredibly high level.

Alarm bells are always going off, and we coped with it…

Europa League final 2021: Solskjaer bidding for first Man Utd trophy against competition king Emery

For the first time under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Manchester United are preparing for a final.

The Europa League might not be top of the agenda for Solskjaer s United ambitions but, after four semi-final defeats as manager in three different competitions, he will be delighted to have a shot at what could be the Red Devils first trophy since they won this competition in 2017.

Of course, this is also a momentous occasion for Villarreal: a first European final of any kind against a team who have been in these matches seven times previously. However, the Spaniards boast experience in coach Unai Emery, who won this trophy on three occasions while in charge of Sevilla.

Ahead of the first major final in European competition this week, Stats Perform examines the key Opta da…

Ballon d´Or 2019: Barcelona superstar Messi wins for record sixth time

Lionel Messi edged out Virgil van Dijk to claim the Ballon d Or for a record sixth time on Monday.

The Barcelona superstar climbed four places from his 2018 ranking as he beat runner-up Van Dijk and third-placed Cristiano Ronaldo to the most prestigious individual accolade in world football.

Messi s win, announced at a ceremony in Paris, is his first since 2015 and moves him one ahead of long-time rival Ronaldo.

Luka Modric ended the pair s monopoly 12 months ago but even a Champions League triumph for Liverpool defender Van Dijk failed to keep Messi from reclaiming his crown.
